Integrity is like the foundation of a house, vital for ensuring its stability and strength. My dad used to tell me that integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. As I get to know my fellow Rotarians, I am seeing that consistent thread in their lives. I love our weekly meetings, the conversations around the table where we really get to know each other. Integrity matters and it shows in our conversations and our actions. If you haven't been in a while- please join us!
Whether you are a business owner, or a leader in business, maintaining our integrity means being transparent, honest, and accountable in all our actions. As we look for creative ways to not only grow our group, but also attract the younger generations it's important to know they are looking to be part of something that has integrity and has clear values. As Rotarians, we lead with integrity, and set a powerful example for them to follow. Together, we can build a stronger group and that will impact our community for generations to come!
Let's challenge ourselves to raise our "happy" and "sad" dollars to help eradicate polio. Each contribution funds vital vaccinations. Imagine the joy of being part of a global effort and the empathy shared in this cause. Increasing our donations brings us closer to a polio-free world.

Cheryl shared her story today- one that brought her from MI,PA, RI and finally to ME! It was fascinating to hear how she progressed through the banking world to her role now in the Credit Union.
